Mentor Sessions
I was so overwhelmed — I didn’t even know where to start. There was so much gear to choose from and my mind was blown by how expensive everything was! Then after finally purchasing a lens that took hours of researching what was best, it would come in and I wouldn’t even know how to use it! Oh wait I’m also forgetting my workflow, editing, backing up images, posing, client communication, contracts, instagram, facebook, Pinterest and the list goes on and on. I would start learning about one thing, and get side tracked to the next. I would leave for a session feeling confident in myself, only to come home and feel crushed by the quality of the photos I had taken.

They are the perfect opportunity to ask a photographer who you look up to, any question and get an answer straight away. This would’ve saved me so many tears and frustrations as I uploaded crappy pictures to my laptop wondering what on earth I did to get such grainy images!
I’ve made up 2 different types of mentor sessions so have a look at whats included in each and let’s set up a time to learn together! I honestly can not WAIT to see where your business can go!
Skype Session
$550
Basically let’s Skype each other – or if you hate Skype let’s phone each other or meet up. These sessions are an hour and a half in length. Honestly, I am going to leave these sessions up to you. I want you to take them in the direction you want to go. Ask me anything – if you want to go through 70 different topics or just focus on nailing down one topic – I’m up for whatever! I want you to get the most out of it and there’s no secrets with me!
Let’s spend a day
$900
I’m so looking forward to hanging out together. We can go out for a coffee and chat all things photography for around 2 hours. Then I will have either a family or couple (you choose) ready for a photoshoot. You can see how I go about doing a shoot – I’ll teach you the different lighting techniques- how I interact and pose my people and then I’ll give you the chance to shoot and grab some great shots for your portfolio (who’s kidding who – then we will grab some headshots for fun). If you’d like I will also look over your portfolio and give some of my constructive criticism. Basically, spending a day gives more time to dive deeper into furthering your knowledge.
